After running a full rebuild of our catalog source, the Brand and Category facets stopped rendering on our listing pages. Results still come back fine. Anyone seen this?

This happens when the facet fields lose their facet option during a rebuild because the field mapping was recreated. Make sure 'Use as facet' is enabled on those fields, then rebuild again. If you manage fields as code, check the field definition includes the facet flag.
