Our Salesforce source indexes Knowledge articles, but any article with a file attachment is missing from results. Permissions look right.

Accepted solution
Check the source's attachment settings and maximum file size. Articles whose attachment exceeds the limit can be skipped entirely. Raise the limit or exclude attachments, then rescan.
